Is my product safe to refreeze when it arrives?
Your order is expected to arrive frozen, though slight or partial thawing can occasionally occur during transit. If your products are still cold to the touch and below 40°F upon arrival, they are safe to refreeze. For best quality, we recommend enjoy
How long is my product safe in the refrigerator before eating?
Because our products are vacuum sealed they will be good for up up to 7 days. Hot Dogs, Brats and Sausages all last between 30-60 days.
I want a certain cut of meat you do not have on your website. Can I order it?

Yes, we do sell Wagyu cow shares in sizes of an eighth. Grab yours here. At this time, we do not sell pork shares.
Are the prices on your site for one item or multiple?
Unless a product title/description specifically says otherwise, the listed price is for one single item (for example, one steak or one package). If an item is sold as a set or bundle, it will clearly state the quantity in the product name or descript
