As part of our commitment to quality and freshness, we undertake the meticulous process of harvesting our own cattle and pork in-house. This ensures that each cut meets our exacting standards before it is expertly prepared and frozen for shipment. 

However, as a result of this hands-on approach, it is not uncommon for certain items to temporarily go out of stock (OOS) as we await the completion of our butchering process. We appreciate our customers' patience during these times and assure them that our team is working diligently to replenish stock as swiftly as possible while maintaining the integrity of our products.
